Hey friend,
Are you struggling with knee pain? I thought so. Welcome.
My name is Izzy Quane and I help ACL-injured athletes rediscover their minds and bodies to recover faster with less stress and more motivation to pursue their calling.
Why?
After playing soccer for 17 years and battling 3 ACL injuries resulting in lots of surgery and chronic knee/hip/ankle pain for 8 years, I have finally reached “pain-free” movement in everyday activities.
I can run, walk, jump, squat, and PLAY without pain. This is a huge breakthrough and has given me a new joy in moving my body which I never thought could be possible for a washed-up athlete like me.
I was known as “injury prone” and “gimp” which makes sense because I had crutches in 2 of the 4 years of high school….
How?
I spent years trying to get myself out of chronic knee pain. It took me all of college trying various diets and exercise plans, all hoping that something would make me FEEL better. Instead, I was in more pain than I had been before I started the plan.
It wasn’t until I was talking with a potential employer who told me to check out “Knees Over Toes Guy”. I didn’t get the hype but I checked him out anyway.
From that moment I was hooked. Ben was helping people get out of knee pain and have them move faster and stronger than in all their years of organized sports!
I knew I had to give it a shot.
A few days later, I knew this was the solution I had been waiting for. I jumped on it. I enrolled to become a certified coach and learned everything Ben and the team had put together.
Most importantly, I wanted to put his programming to the test.
“Okay so he can rehab some knees but what about MY knees?” I thought.
I started training every day and soon scaled my home gym from just a bench and some free weights to an entire power rack setup because I was hooked. Ben was changing my life for the better.
After only two weeks, I was out of pain. I felt so much relief to finally be free of pain after 8 long years. Not only was I hitting gains on the ATG lower body standards but I was hitting the MEN’S Standards too.
Here’s me hitting my first men’s standard pull-up after 2 weeks of training:
Before I started training I could barely grip the bar properly let alone pull my entire body weight to the top of the rack. I was getting strong fast and the best part was that I finally FELT GOOD exercising!
Needless to say, this program has changed how I feel in my body.
I used to fear that I was going to have to have a full knee replacement at 40 years old… I can confidently say that will never happen!
Now, I am a certified ATG coach who specializes in helping people who are just like I was a few years ago, having constant and nagging knee pain from being stuck in…
the ACL Loop.
